This is a bugfix only release. • When using the addOption() function in JavaScript to assign a keyValue and a displayValue, only the keyValue displays within the app • Exceptions are generated when Javascript runs a SQL query which produces no results • Form templates designed as ‘Prefilled only’, are showing in the app for users to start from new

Bugfix • Submitted forms which were sent from the Hub to an individual’s iPad did not show the form data in the iOS app

Enhancement and bug fixes • Enhancement – it’s now possible to listen to audio files attached to submitted forms which are ‘view only after submission’ • App occasionally crashing when using arrow keys to navigate between fields • Scrolling form, when the header of the table is static (i.e header position remains fixed whilst other items scroll), occasionally crashed the app This release also includes New Relic, an application which provides insight into the health of the application, debug information and analytics. This specific release focuses on the debug information which will help us to identify, investigate and fix the root cause of problems.

This release requires iOS 14 or above - this is due to the updated Audio capability in this version. Audio Recording To improve user experience and support advanced scripting (audio specific) there have been a number of changes in the manner in which audio recordings are managed. The key changes are: • Audio recording stopped automatically o During a recording, if there is an interrupt to the audio system (where mic and/or speaker are engaged), then the recording will be stopped, the audio recording will be automatically saved, and the user informed via a prompt. Example of this is user receiving a Teams call on their device whilst audio recording is in progress. o With a recording in progress, if a user force closes the app, the app will attempt to recover the audio back into its form data. For this reason, we recommend not terminating the app from memory during a recording, as we cannot recover every recording under these circumstances. • Audio Recording managed by user o With a recording in progress, if the user attempts to open another form or template, the user will be prompted to save the current audio recording or continue with the current form. • Updated Audio Capability This version utilises the latest audio component available in iOS14 General bug fix release Fixes • In some cases, reference text (data captured in the form) was not showing • JSON export does not include the alias name but instead the full path to an element • Intermittent issue with users being logged out when selecting a form instance from filtered list in the 'In Progress' folder • Users on iOS16 devices being logged out when switching between windows/apps

General bug fix release Fixes • Occasionally, when saving audio files during a crash or force close of the app, the audio file would show in the export history as being uploaded to the server when it hadn’t been. Attempting to resubmit resulted in error code 27. • In a small number of cases, users were unable to login to the device due to syncing problems. The app was crashing as a result.

Fix for login issue, Audio issue after pause and stop, Audio increment bug when using script to set name.

Hotfix release: • A discrepancy in Auth0 between Username and Email prevented a limited number of users from logging into the App.

Hot fix • In a small number of cases, some users were unable to login to the app

This release improves the manner in which audio recordings are managed. Previously, audio files were saved when recording was ended. In cases there was a crash of the app or user force closed the app, any recording underway would potentially be lost. Audio files are now saved every 10 seconds, so should the app close whilst recording is in progress, the audio can be recovered. This means that should the app close, up to 10 seconds of audio recording could be lost and if this is within the first 10 seconds of an audio recording starting, that the total audio recording will be lost. Known issue: in cases where the app closes during recording, the UI will show a duration of 00:00:00 . This is incorrect - the audio is available. This will be addressed in a future release.

Auth0 Authentication bugfix

This release brings: • Integration with an industry-recognised authentication system • Branding in line with Thinkproject’s Brand and UX guidelines • Bug fixes Authentication o Seamless migration to the new authentication system means there will be no disruption to your operations o Users of Formworks can continue to use their existing login credentials o You and your users can decide when it’s best for you to fully migrate to the more stringent password policies enforced by the new authentication system Branding o Consistent user experience such as logging and navigation across Thinkproject’s product portfolio o Modern look and feel across Thinkproject’s products Bugfixes • Reloading a new database resulted in duplicate entries being shown in drop-down menus • Switching pages in Validation mode was causing the app to crash • In some cases, text (word) was being incorrectly wrapped • Numbering of audio clips was not incrementing when scripting was used to save the audio file

This is a general bugfix release: • JPEG files are now saved with .jpeg extension throughout the app. App will continue to support the use of files previously saved with the .jpg extension. • In specific cases, the prompt to save an audio recording was not appearing when user attempted to stop the recording or Submit/Save the form • App crashes when user selects option to skip audio recordings, prior to selecting the play option • When in Validation mode, and under specific cases, the date element in the UI would not display correctly, but it was still possible to edit the date element field • On certain iPhones, the Validation icons were always displayed. This was a display only issue. • URL (link) text is truncated after https:// within QR code field • In some cases, forms were being sent without the form.SubmittedBy information • Holding down on the screen to show the Form menu causes the app to crash

This release introduces JavaScript scripting language support for the Formworks iOS mobile application. Until now, scripts to be run on iOS devices were developed using Lua and for WebForms, JavaScript scripting language is used. iOS App V8.0 brings convenience, consistency and a unified scripting language across all of the Formworks offering as JavaScript scripts will run on WebForms, and iOS devices. In addition to this significant update, the release also includes the following bug fix: • User is unable to login to app due to form missing template data after deletion exception

General bug fixes: • If an audio recording is paused when submitting a form, the form would not prompt for the recording to be stopped/saved and the audio was discarded • Form shows additional spacing between sections due to spacing being injected into the form • Disabled fields with validation errors causes the app to crash in edge cases such as when a form is saved and re-opened in the same session • The form could not be opened due to differences in the form versions between the server and device • In a specific case, user is unable to log in when the sync process was syncing a form where it's parent template had been deleted

Bug fix: Unable to login to the App if a file to be uploaded during the initial sync process had been deleted or could no longer be accessed. Users can now login and resubmit any necessary forms.

Complementing release of Portal version 2.2.0, version 7.6 of the iOS Formworks App introduces language support for French, German and Romanian. This version of the app provides users the capability to select their preferred language - English, French, German or Romanian. Note: Translation of emails received by users such as those following a 'Reset Password' will be released at a later date. This release also includes the following bugfixes: • When text with spaces within a text field was longer than the text field, then part of the text would not be shown until the user selected the field. The text is now shown without the user having to select the text field. • Validating a form with hidden table was causing app the crash. This is no longer the case. • Single select drop down fields with long titles was truncating the list of options. This is fixed. • App was crashing if a user opened a new form template and used the ‘Back’ option without adding any data to the form template • Notification function, notify(“message”) , has been fixed so that it does not display the notification list • On the Report page of a template, under specific circumstances, two drop-downs were being displayed. This is now fixed. • Email autofill correctly completes the email address suggestion and autofill of text elements formatted as emails

Bug fix for date Picker Time zone issue.

General bug fix release: • Hiding and showing of groups on a form which uses Lua scripts now hides and shows the group elements as expected • Email addresses can now contain symbols such as apostrophe, comma and hyphen • Selecting date in the calendar selects the correct date; previously it was selecting the previous date • The keyboard closes after every character press when setting the textfields title property in a Lua script • Forms opened in vertical layout mode from another form no longer bypass the form protected mode, saves all user data and does not close the app • Side menu functionality is consistent when using device in landscape and portrait orientations • In specific cases, the audio indicator was showing as recording when it had stopped – this is now fixed
