GapTracker is your all-in-one study companion. Track how ready you are for every exam, plan your assignments, and watch your GPA climb — all in one place.
SEE YOUR SEMESTER AT A GLANCE
A single dashboard shows your GPA, overall readiness, your next deadline and next exam, and exactly what to study today.
IMPORT FROM MOODLE OR CANVAS
Connect your school's Moodle or Canvas and GapTracker pulls in your courses, assignments, and due dates automatically — so your planner is always up to date. It's a direct, private connection between your device and your school: no password sharing, no GapTracker account, and no server in between.
PLAN YOUR ASSIGNMENTS
Add every assignment with its due date, grade weight, and estimated time. Break the big ones into subtasks, see what's due today, this week, and overdue, and knock them out with a built-in focus timer.
KNOW YOUR READINESS
Import a syllabus (PDF or a photo) or add courses by hand, then rate each topic. GapTracker weighs them by credit hours and exam urgency into one honest readiness score per course and overall. Critical Gaps ranks your weakest, most urgent topics first and tells you the best next step.
TRACK YOUR GPA & DEGREE
See your current GPA from passed courses, set a target grade in each course to project where you'll land, and add past-semester courses so it's complete. Watch how much of your degree you've finished.
STUDY WITH MOMENTUM
Run a focus timer on any topic or assignment, log your sessions, and build a streak. Follow live sessions on the Lock Screen, track progress from the Home Screen widget, and see your best study days in Insights.
FINISH STRONG
When a course is done, enter your grade and it moves to Passed automatically — and your GPA updates.
EVERYTHING ON YOUR DEVICE
Your courses, assignments, and notes stay on your iPhone, with optional iCloud sync across your devices. Now available in 9 languages — English, Hebrew, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), and Turkish.
Stop guessing. Open GapTracker and take control of your semester.

Quiz yourself — from your own notes. And notifications that work the way you study.
QUIZ ME
• Add notes to any topic: type or paste them, or bring in text from the topic's photo, its voice note, scanned pages or a PDF — you check the text before it's added.
• Apple Intelligence turns your notes into self-check flashcards, right on your iPhone or iPad. Every answer shows the sentence from your notes it came from, and you mark it Got It or Not Yet.
• Your last score shows in Critical Gaps. Only "Mark resolved" changes a topic.
• "Quiz me in GapTracker" with Siri and Shortcuts.
NOTIFICATIONS, YOUR WAY
• Choose each reminder and when it comes: daily study (pick the days, skip days you've already studied), exam countdowns with how ready you are, assignment reminders from a week ahead to a few hours before the deadline, a streak saver and a weekly plan reminder.
• A quiz nudge before exams, and a heads-up when Moodle or Canvas adds an assignment or moves a due date.
• Quiet hours, and a switch for each course.
• Act right from the notification: start a focus session, mark an assignment submitted, snooze for an hour or open the quiz.
• With Sync with iCloud on, your notification settings are the same on all your devices.
Also: Siri and Shortcuts now show every GapTracker shortcut, plus fixes and refinements.
Quizzes need Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 or later on supported devices) and notes in a supported language — Hebrew and Arabic notes aren't supported yet.
