This application enables technicians to access manuals, reference guides and training materials to create ease of access to critical information. It provides powerful communication tools to contact other technicians and technical support while onsite. Live chat with one or a group with image annotations, image download and recorded conversations. File and document sharing – Video, audio, PDF’s, images, and interactive work instructions can be easily shared and accessed – no need for your field service technicians to switch between various applications. Saving time and frustration. Everything you need at your fingertips and in real time.
The application provides the platform to enhance the on-the-job experience and provide excellent customer service, reduce return trips, and get and deliver information in real time.
The features include, but are not limited to:
Communication Tools:
- Conversations with Digital Image Annotations will provide the ability for field teams to remotely access and obtain guidance through issues. Images can be annotated to provide the best placement of devices, loop layout, and much more.
- Video Communication will provide real-time ability to “see what they see”.
- Multi-party, scheduling, recording, and playback of sessions are all included in Atheer. User can annotate on both live video and still images.
- Request Support Form for Technical Services. Simplifies obtaining technical services support when assistance is required.
Guided Work Instructions and Documentation Tools with sophisticated step by step guides:
- Job check-in and check-out. To ensure everything needed to successfully start work is available with instant communication to get assistance.
- Onsite Job Audits and QC’s. To audit the installations while techs are still onsite to make corrections, reducing/eliminating return trips caused by installation errors, and/or workmanship. Also, opportunities for training and performance improvement real time.
- Auto Accident. A Clear process to follow, ease of collection and reporting information back to the appropriate parties.
- On-the-Job Injury/Incident Employee Statement. Easy access to forms and reporting instantly.
- Safety and PPE. Allows collection of audits in the app and consolidation of results for reporting to ensure safety is the first priority.
- Vehicle Inspection. Easy access to forms and process
- Product Guides by category. Product information with photos, manuals, and quick reference guides to provide all the information needed for the technician to complete the job without waiting. Ease of access and search tools to navigate and access topics.
- How To’s for using the application. Users can find self-help within the in the application versus requiring support from others to use the application, find job boards and submit requests.
- Secure chat and group messaging – Allow your teams to seamlessly collaborate with peers and in-house experts to get the assistance you need while in the flow of work.
Enhancements will continually be added, and revisions made to the application to remain cutting edge in the field services space.
