We’ve added a new associated link field to calendar events so users can easily open and copy web links directly from the individual event screen.

Users can now directly take photos using the camera or pick them from the gallery when attaching photos to reports.

A new “Instant Alert” option is now available in Calendar Events. Admins can send an alert immediately without setting a date, time, or duration. These alerts appear in the calendar just like all other events, so past events and alerts remain visible together in one place.

Introduced in-app notification banners for tradespeople showing the number of open jobs, jobs awaiting availability, and active jobs. In addition, the app icon now also shows a red badge with the total count of current jobs.

Added “Share with entire property” option for admins, allowing reports to be shared with all tenants, owners, and agents of a property- keeping everyone aligned on ongoing property-wide issues.

Added an intermediary “Reports with Unread Comments” modal to make it easier for users to find reports with unread comments.

Assigned tradespeople can now comment on reports.

Introduced comment sections for reports, allowing admins, complainants, property owners, and agents to communicate in one centralised place. Assigned tradespeople are also able to view comments for full transparency. Notable new features include unread comment notifications and a complete conversation history displayed in chronological order.
