Hold Firm keeps your important documents and their expiry dates in one private place on your iPhone. Everything stays on your device.
SCAN AND SAVE
Use the camera to scan any document into a clean, multi page PDF with automatic edge detection. Import existing PDFs and photos too. Hold Firm reads each document on device to suggest a title, number and dates, so you do not have to type them in by hand.
NEVER MISS A RENEWAL
Passports, visas, licences, insurance, health cover and more. Hold Firm tracks every expiry date and reminds you at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before, and on the day itself.
SEE WHERE YOU STAND
A clear dashboard of charts shows what expires when, what is due soon and what has already lapsed, all built from your own documents.
A WALLET YOU CONTROL
Your documents live as cards in a private vault. Pick from several card styles. Open any file full screen with pinch to zoom, and share it only when you choose to.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Lock the app with Face ID or a passcode. Files are stored with on device protection. Nothing is uploaded to a server, because there is no server.

What's new in 1.1
- Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that count down to your next document expiry, colour coded as the date gets closer.
- Search and filters in Documents. Find anything fast by name, number, type, tag or date.
- Emergency access. Mark the documents that matter and share them with someone you trust in one tap.
- Reminders your way. Choose your own warning times, and add every expiry date to your Calendar with built in alerts.
Plus small fixes and polish throughout. Everything still stays on your device.
