New feature: Starter hydration - When adding your sourdough starter to a recipe, you now have the option to specify the starter's hydration and include the flour and water from your starter in calculations for total flour weight and dough hydration. - You also have the option to include the flour from your starter in baker's percentages. - If you prefer to keep your calculations simple, you can also disable these options.
