Fixed an issue that occurred during first scan

We’ve made several improvements to connection stability and reliability, especially in cases where the app is used independently on the watch. You may also notice better visual consistency during setup and clearer feedback if the connection is interrupted or expires. We’ve completely reworked how voice messages work in WatchChat. You can now play them instantly with just one tap, pause and switch between different messages, and even open a new detail view with more controls like skipping forward or backward and scrubbing along a progress bar. Voice messages also show their duration and current playback time. We’ve also redesigned the reply area in chats: it’s now simpler and clearer with just two main buttons - a text field for typing and a microphone button for recording. Additional options like customizable quick replies, older keyboards, and the location button can be found right below. And finally, we’ve fixed long-standing issues with recording and playback when using AirPods or other headphones. Everything should now work more smoothly and reliably. We’ve fixed an issue where messages stuck in “sending” status would stay in your chats forever without a way to remove them. Now, if a message can’t be sent, it will be clearly marked with a red exclamation mark. Just tap it to retry or delete the message—simple and in your control. Thanks for using WatchChat!

We’ve redesigned the welcome screen on your phone for a cleaner, more intuitive experience. The bottom tab bar has been removed, and you can now access settings from the top-left corner of the screen. There’s also a new section dedicated to managing dual chat mode, making it easier to stay organized. Additionally, we’ve moved the option to clear cached connection data into the new settings menu. And we’ve fixed an issue where a QR code could incorrectly appear in certain first-time setup situations on the watch.
