The resmio app makes it easy to manage reservations and guest data. Your staff can easily take reservations, seat guests and overview all guest information. The cloud-based database makes saving guest preferences as well as accessing reservations from different devices easily possible.
Details:
- Create reservations and walk-ins incl. booking tags (e.g. birthday, allergies), notes and tables
- Change status of bookings with swipe gestures
- Filter bookings by time of day and status (Seated, Arrived, Finished, Cancelled, etc.)
- Observe upcoming reservations and your restaurant's occupation
- Save guest preferences
- Block bookings with an emergency button
- Analyze and optimize restaurant utilization through statistics
