Improve file browsing

Scene export and import are now available. The file extension is "*.bs16iScene". Please note that the file paths for selected WaveTables and Songs within a Scene will always be relative to your Documents folder. Also, they include some bug fixes and improvements.

Fixed an issue where apps could not load scenes generated by AUExtension.

* Fixed an issue where "Adapt Coarse Tuning to Note Number" was not applied immediately in the app and the changed value was not used in AUv3.

Fix AUv3's screen layout was not fully updated on LogicPro for iPad

・Improved `Coarse Tune` behavior. Please make sure that `Settings > Synthesizer > Adapt Coarse Tune to Note Number` is enabled. ・As same as the App, AUv3's `Settings > Synthesizer` screen now handles `Master Tune`, `Use Breath Control as Expression`, and `Adapt Coarse Tune to Note Number`. ・Fixed that a part of UI was not shown on some AUv3 hosts (GarageBand for iPhone, etc).

* `Settings > Battery Saving` - Introduce the new battery saver feature. It monitors midi inputs when the app is in the background and stops the synthesizer if no MIDI inputs for the specified period. Of course, the synthesizer will be reverted when the app is moved to the foreground. * Workaround for iOS / iPadOS 16 three-finger issue
