Using data gathered by the National Strength and Conditioning Association – the developers of this application have created a state-of-the-art algorithmic system that tracks your strength progression alongside you as you workout. This enhanced tracking and strength predictor, provides immediate predictions and progressions for your maximal strength for 4 different exercises – bench press, back squat, deadlift and shoulder press.
