Selphi · Field Time Control

Managing field workers' time is nothing like managing an office team. You're outdoors, often without signal, with a crew of 20 people and no time to waste. Visual Selphi is built exactly for that.
VERIFIED CHECK-INS IN THE FIELD
Every worker clocks in with confirmed identity: QR code, employee ID or facial recognition. No fraud, no paperwork, no trips back to the office.
CREW MANAGEMENT IN REAL TIME
The crew leader manages the entire team from their phone. Present, pending and absent — updated instantly. Late arrivals are logged with the exact time.
WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
No coverage in the field? No problem. Visual Selphi works offline: check-ins are saved on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns. Zero data loss.
FULL LEGAL TRACEABILITY
Every check-in is recorded with timestamp, verified identity and shift type. Labour regulations require digital, individual and traceable records. With Selphi, you're covered before the inspection arrives.
ADMIN PANEL
From desktop, the manager has full visibility: timesheets, absences, incidents and downloadable reports. Organised and audit-ready.
Visual Selphi is part of the VisualNACert platform — specialists in agricultural technology for field operations.
Stay compliant. Stay in control. From wherever you are.
