kidney.wiki is a free open access medical education resource dedicated to pediatric nephrology.
This app is for educational use by medical professionals and cannot be used to evaluate medical conditions or be used to diagnose or treat patients. Tools include a pediatric CKiD U25 eGFR calculator, CKiD time to kidney replacement therapy (KRT) calculator, adult CKD-EPI eGFR calculator, total body water and body surface area (BSA) calculator (for children and adults), blood volume and plasma volume calculator (pediatric and adult), fractional excretion of magnesium calculator, tacrolimus hematocrit adjustment calculator, peritoneal dialysis (PD) adequacy calculator, hemodialysis (HD) adequacy calculator including Daugirdas equations and standard Kt/V. Find links to other nephrology FOAMed resources and a whole host of other resources, such as the latest nephrology guidelines including KDIGO and KDOQI.
