Realtouch , the pioneer brand of Luxury Laminates in our country wanted to know who their end consumers were through a mutual method of interaction.Real fan Club is an interactive App that makes connecting to the end user possible and rather easier for Realtouch. How it works? The contractor/consumer of the laminates has to install the application providing minimal information. Every time they buy a laminate and scan the QR code, points will be added to the Real fan Club App. Architect/interior no need scan qrcode. Those points can be redeemed later to get some exciting perks and gifts.
