Introducing the Substitute Manager module
Managers can now handle coverage directly from the app, including:
• Viewing and managing the substitute assignment list and details
• Splitting or deleting assignments
• Notifying substitutes about available assignments
• Filtering by employee, job code and assignment type
• Viewing the linked employee request from a substitute assignment
• Adding employee requests on behalf of employees, including leave and substitute assignment details
