Auto-Start Rest Timer
New option in Workout Preferences: automatically start your rest timer when you complete a set. No more fumbling to tap the timer after every set.
Smarter Live Activity
The Dynamic Island now shows your Styrka logo when multiple apps are running Live Activities, so you always know which one is yours. Completed vs total sets are displayed in real time.
Improved Set Row Layout
Column headers now show KG or LBS based on your unit preference. Input fields scale better on smaller screens like iPhone SE, with proper alignment across all configurations — including unilateral tracking and RPE enabled at the same time.

• New Average Exercise Length insights to help you better understand your workouts.
• RPE/RIR Tracking is here! Record your effort for every set with a quick tap. Choose between RPE or RIR in Settings, with values automatically carried forward to new sets. Your ratings are also included in workout history, share cards, CSV exports, and you can now track Average RPE in Progress charts.
• Custom Progression Rules let you personalize weight progression. Create profiles with your own rep targets and weight increase/decrease rules, then assign them to individual exercises. Exercises without a profile will continue using the default plateau detection.

Smarter exercise data: When starting a workout from a template, each exercise now pulls your most recent weight and reps from any workout, not just the last time you used that specific template.
Rest timer on Live Activity: Your rest timer countdown now shows on the lock screen and Dynamic Island so you can track it without opening the app. The timer also persists if you leave and come back.
Redesigned 30 Day Insights: The insights detail page has been rebuilt with a cleaner card-based layout, volume bars for weekly comparison, and a grid view for your most improved exercises by muscle group.

Apple Watch App
Your workout companion is now on your wrist. Start workouts, log sets, track rest times, and view your progress — all from Apple Watch. Includes templates, personal records, body weight logging, workout history, and progress sparklines. Syncs seamlessly with your iPhone via iCloud.
Rest Timer
A new rest timer sits at the top of your workout screen. Tap play to start, tap pause to stop. Adjust the duration with – / + buttons, or just log a new set and it resets automatically. Hide or show it anytime — no need to dig through Settings.

Bug Fixes & Improvements
• Template storage reliability — Templates are now saved locally on your device in addition to iCloud. If iCloud is slow or unavailable, your templates will always be there when you open the app. This fixes an issue where templates could disappear between sessions.
• Improved body stats charts — Weight and height charts now zoom into your actual data range instead of starting from zero, making small changes clearly visible. The date axis also matches the exercise progress charts with proper spacing and single-point support.
• Chart polish — Fixed several edge cases in the exercise progress chart: single data points display correctly, tapping empty space no longer selects a distant dot, and identical values no longer collapse the y-axis.
• Responsive layout fixes — Improved layout on smaller screens (iPhone SE) and iPads with flexible column widths and adaptive sheet sizes.

Here’s what's New
Personal Records
Your PRs are now tracked automatically. A crown icon highlights your current personal best during workouts, in your history, and on the progress chart so you always know the record to beat.
Workout Duration
Workouts now track duration automatically using smart timing. The clock runs from when you start to your last logged set, with a 4-hour cap so forgotten workouts stay accurate. Duration appears alongside your exercise, set, and volume stats.
Small notes for sets
Add quick notes about different exercises.
Empty Set Warnings
Before saving, you'll be warned if any exercises have blank sets, no more accidentally logging empty data.
Swipe Actions & Undo
Swipe to edit or delete exercises and templates. Destructive actions give you a 5-second undo window to reverse mistakes.
Progress Improvements
New personal records card, smarter chart scaling, and PR crown markers on your progress charts.
iCloud Sync improvements
Workouts sync via CloudKit and templates sync via iCloud key-value store. Conflict detection alerts you when the same data was edited on multiple devices.
Haptic Feedback
Subtle haptics throughout the app for adding sets, finishing workouts, reordering exercises, and more.
