- Step-by-Step Status Updates — Mark your trip through each stage: Accepted → En Route → Arrived → Departed → Completed. The hospital dashboard updates automatically at every step.
- Optimized Navigation — Get route guidance directly to the pickup point and destination.
- In-App Communication — Stay connected with your operator through the platform without needing to make external calls.
- Trip History — Access a full log of all your completed trips, including timestamps and route data.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Log in with the secure credentials assigned by your operator.
2. Receive a trip notification with full emergency details.
3. Accept the trip and begin navigation to the pickup location.
4. Update your status at each stage of the trip.
