I have just been made aware of a bug that causes the app to crash on startup on iOS 7. It is now fixed. Sorry. Now 99% fewer known bugs.

Added support for dynamic type and tidied up some code in readiness for iOS 9 (a bit late now). Also added knots/nœuds for displaying speed and tidied up display of degrees to include leading zeroes.
