An update which improves error handling and app resilience during server outages

"Module Timetable" - fixed display issue on list view that occurred if current week has no activities. "Push Notifications" and "Promotions" - improved to allow navigation to a specific item within an app service. "Study Rooms" – improved error handling. Address an issue where some users could be stuck at a white screen with a loading spinner if Telepen system is unable to return booking parameters.
