PropertyX Malaysia Home Loan is a calculation and estimation app for property financing repayments and related property purchase costs in Malaysia.
The app helps users estimate monthly instalments, repayment amounts, property entry costs, valuation fees, legal fees, stamp duty, 8% SST, and related buyer costs based on user-entered figures. It also includes calculations based on the latest Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2023 for property buying in Malaysia.
This app does not provide loans, loan approval, banking services, financial brokerage, lending services, or financing application services. All results are estimates only and should be verified with the relevant bank, solicitor, valuer, or professional adviser before making any financial decision.
