just lack of story mode

I used to like this game and have spent a lot of time and money on it. However, the more I played the more disappointed I’ve become, with examples from almost at the start of every weekly event there were server issues or different technical problems, to numerous sync errors that happened I would say, daily, to so many cases that players had bought in-game packs, but because of these errors and issues they lost their money but not getting properly refunded or compensated (that happened to me a few times too). The worst is that every time when you wrote to in-game “support”, you got no support at all but only frustration. I would say the game itself is appealing and also addictive, but the people who are running this game (especially those at ZenDesk) are killing it and give you nothing else but anger and disappointment. I’d recommend anyone who’s thinking of downloading this game to think twenty times again before doing it, or just walk away from this app.
