Intentra is a social, tournament-based screen time management platform designed to help users develop healthy and intentional device usage habits. The app creates regular tournaments, each lasting 2–7 days, where users join by spending virtual tokens. Every day, participants are given an app usage target; the closer a user’s daily screen time is to the target, the higher their tournament ranking. To submit results, users scan and upload a QR code containing their screen time information. Top performers are rewarded with tokens, which can be earned through gameplay or purchased via in-app purchase. The app’s primary goal is to encourage mindful and balanced device use by making screen time self-regulation engaging and social.
