- Widgets now pick up changes from your other devices without opening the app. They check iCloud right after a restart and every 30 minutes.

- Updated the app icon for OS 27. - Changes from your other devices now reach widgets and the badge right away, even on a device where the app hasn't been opened. Fixed a case where sync finished quietly in the background but widgets lagged behind.

- Routines due today now count toward the app badge even if you haven't opened the app. A next occurrence created on another device is counted as soon as its day arrives. - On iPhone and iPad, the badge rolls over at midnight while the app is closed. The daily reminder also refreshes the badge when it fires. - Widgets now refresh more reliably.

- Fixed routine completions getting undone by another device that was only ever running in the background.

- Meet Voice Capture (Beta). Open it from the "+" menu, speak, and your words become a task. Transcription runs entirely on your device — neither your voice nor the text ever leaves it. - Fix the transcript as you go. Tap the text to stop recording and drop the caret in, then tap the mic to pick up where you left off. "AI Add" keeps what you said as the note and lets AI summarize it into a title. - Pick your transcription language. Each one shows whether its model is installed, and "Automatic" follows your app language. The first use of a language downloads a model that can run to several hundred MB. - New clear button for the task title field on iPhone and iPad.

- The routine editor got tidier. "End Repeat" now lives inside the Repeat section. "On date" defaults to one month after the first due date, and dates before the start can't be picked. - Quadrant and Workspace now share one card in the task add and detail forms.

- Meet Routines. Register a repeating task once and it shows up in your matrix right on schedule — edit, skip, pause, or delete it all from the new Routine page. - Repeat two ways: on the calendar ("every Monday") or after completing ("3 weeks after I finish"). Pick a one-tap preset — daily, weekly, monthly — or fine-tune it in Custom. - Only one occurrence at a time. Completing one schedules the next, so repeating tasks never pile up.

- Background iCloud sync on iPhone and iPad is now more reliable. - Fixed AI capture (AI Add, AI Note Capture) attaching due dates you never mentioned. Due dates now come only from actual date words in what you wrote. - Date words are trimmed from AI-generated titles — "Finish taxes by tomorrow" becomes "Finish taxes" with the due date set to tomorrow.

- New Calendar screen. Open it from the menu to see completed tasks on the day you finished them and due tasks on their due date, together in one month view. - Tap a date to see that day's tasks as matrix-style cards — check them off or open details right there, with a workspace filter too.

- App first launch now follows your device language. Fixed some languages (like Chinese) showing up in English by mistake — you can still change it anytime in Settings. - Cleaner titles from "AI Note Capture" — fixed instruction text leaking into the title, and titles now stay in the language you wrote the note in. - "Choose Workspace" in Shortcuts no longer dead-ends when you have no workspaces — a "None" option that saves to your default workspace is always available.

Say several things at once and it splits them into separate tasks. - Devices without Apple Intelligence keep voice add working — your phrase is saved as a single-line task so voice add never breaks. - Korean and English both work — try "Add a task to iomatrix". - The same actions show up in the Shortcuts app too — wire them into recurring automations like "Add Weekly review" every Monday at 9am.

- The empty-quadrant "Hold to add" hint is now softer so it recedes and competes less with your tasks.
