Minor bugs fixes and stability improvements

This is a major update for Kaign and we are delighted to share it with you. First, we are thrilled to add support of Spotify for Kaign. All those songs that you saved on your spotify library can now be filtered using powerful Kaign filters, the same used to filter your iTunes and/or Apple Music songs. You can now switch between your Apple and Spotify libraries from the "More" page. We have also added the auto shuffle feature that you can turn on in the "More" page. It allows to automatically shuffle the results of any Kaign filtering. Now you can limit the number of songs returned when applying filters to your Library. By selecting different genres or artists from the Library page you can generate a filter from your selection, making filters creation even faster and more convenient. iOS 10.0 brought Date Added to the iOS media file's metadata and Kaign is taking full advantage of it by adding a new preset: Date Added. It lets you sort your songs by date you added them to your library and jump thru the years using the quick links at the righthand side of the list. Moreover, you can now filter by Date added as well. Last but not least, on popular request, we have added a subtil tutorial that will guide through Kaign.
