Kerb is an app that is available on an invitation basis only.
Kerb allows you to book loading bays in advance to carry out your deliveries in congested areas.
Think about knowing you have a guaranteed space in a notoriously congested area in advance, for an amount of time that suits you! Booking a slot via the app removes the stress of searching for a place to unload, saving you time and fuel. Electric vehicles can also save on battery life by being able to dwell for longer.

- An accompanying e-ink smart sign at the bay allows a real-time view of loading bay availability (varies by location).

- There are fewer emissions per delivery, due to less time spent searching for a suitable space to stop and unload.

*Rogue Vehicle Reporting
As a mobile app user, you have the ability to report rogue vehicles. A rogue vehicle is an illegally parked vehicle in your booked bay. By reporting this, an alternative location nearby may be made available (when possible), temporarily lifting kerbside restrictions and allowing you to park safely and be fully compliant with local enforcement.

In this update, we've made several improvements to enhance your experience with the Kerb Delivery app:
- Updated Help Section: We've improved the Help section by removing outdated contact numbers and adding accurate information, including open hours and a backup email. The email address is clickable, opening your device’s default email app should you prefer to email your request rather than use the in app form
- Username Input Toggle: A new toggle lets you choose whether to log in with an email address or a phone number. The default option is set to phone number, and switching between the two will adjust the input field. If the wrong input type is selected, an error message will guide you to switch.
- Simplifying selecting your Country Code: The login process has been updated with a country code dropdown. allowing you to enter your phone number more easily.
This change is also reflected wherever a mobile phone number is required, such as when following the password reset process
- Country Code Dropdown for Password Reset: You can now select your country code from a dropdown when resetting your password. UK-based drivers can enter their phone number without a leading zero. There’s also an option to reset via email, which won’t require a country code.
- Help Button Visibility: The Help button is now visible across all pages of the app, giving you quick access to support whenever you need it.
