My name is Lee Marsh, and I am the head coach at L2 Training. I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience with training and nutrition. I have competed as a body builder at British level, completed Ironman Wales and I am the owner of Infinity Fitness Gym in Ferndale, South Wales. I have a vast variety of experience in all things related to training, so my experience and knowledge will make me the perfect coach for you. My objective is to help to achieve your goals. I will be here every step of the way to guide you, as well as educate you through the process. Its going to take some hard work and sacrifice, but if you give me 100% then you will get 110% back. I’m here to make this process as enjoyable as possible.
