BUG Fixes

Loop Mobile App has introduced an upgraded user experience - the New Smart QR Code Feature, specifically to target the improvement of the charger activation experience for new-users, when scanning the new Smart QR Codes affixed to the front face of a charger. Minor enhancements to the copy / language and minor bug fixes that enhance the user experience and improve application security.

The new Charging Session Restrictions feature improves app functionality by allowing users to set and manage limits on charging and parking time and costs. This ensures efficient use and enhances the user experience.

Version 2.23 is now available, this release focuses on fixes to improve stability and usability: • Improved performance, fixing occasional crashes and ‘unknown’ errors • Resolved issues with the favorites • Converted interfaces to native mobile environment • Updated helper text in inputs throughout the app • 2FA is no longer blocking under some circumstances • User is no longer being logged out randomly after opening the app

• Two-factor authentication: To enhance security and reduce the risk of user account compromising, 2FA was added as an extra layer of protection. • Various UI updates such as removing “Favorites” icon from the map, added X button to charging screen, updates user profile UI • Plenty of bugs and issues have been fixed for better user experience

Apple & Google Pay: Added the ability to use Apple and Google Pay as a payment option for transactions within the app. Microtransactions: Users now have the ability to use any added payment method, such as a bank card, Apple & Google Pay, or an official Loop card as their preferred payment method for all transactions within the app. RFID: We have improved the existing RFID card logic. This feature allows users to initiate a charge using the preferred payment method of the app by simply placing the RFID card near the built-in card reader. Firmware Update on Home Chargers: Users now have the ability to manually update the firmware of their personal home charger in the app. Working Hours: Detailed information about the individual site’s working hours has been added. Receipts: We have updated receipt information and notifications. This includes more details to the parking time section, transaction emails after successful subscription purchase or a refund, and notifications about low Loop Card balance & RFID card reactivation. Parking Time Details in Receipt: We have improved receipt details and information regarding parking time charges. Support: Users can now create a support ticket for their home charger. Additionally, if an issue occurs during the charging session, users can create a support ticket immediately. Other Improvements: We have updated the application design, addressed bug issues, and further reduced vulnerabilities for safety and security.
