Eat Enough. Make Progress. Feel Better. This app isn’t here to make you feel bad or tell you to restrict yourself. It’s here to help you eat enough—especially enough protein—to fuel your goals in the gym and in life. Whether you're lifting to get stronger, gain muscle, or just stay consistent, this is a low-stress way to stay on track with your nutrition. I built this for myself because I needed an easy way to make sure I was eating enough protein. After seeing how helpful it was, I realized others might benefit too—so I’m sharing it.
