Korean and Simplified Chinese text in Text() mobjects now renders correctly (Noto Sans SC/KR bundled). UTF-8 file I/O fixes Unicode crashes in third-party libraries. LaTeX: math fractions with nested subscripts no longer silently drop braces. HTTPS works on first try — requests, urllib3, certifi and friends are bundled. Bundled extras: mpmath, PyYAML, jsonschema, attrs, fsspec, filelock, regex, fontTools. Preview pane plays any render size or length reliably (new WKWebView-based player). Copy buttons show a "Copied" confirmation when tapped. Renders keep going briefly when you switch apps or lock the screen.

certain MathTex expressions containing \frac{X}{Y} (where X ends in }) failed to render. LaTeX routing now matches the underlying library's default — simple expressions go through SwiftMath, complex/CJK content through xelatex.
