Modosmart is the best tool for the property managers of touristic apartments because it minimizes the energy consumption thanks to a smart management of the air conditioning. Modosmart turns off the A/C when the guests leave the house. Thanks to the smartphone App the property manager will be able to: - Set a maximum/minimum temperature for the A/C in each room - Read temperature and humidity values in each room - Set on/off timers - Turn on/off the A/C from anywhere at any time
