MoreGoodDays® is a clinically designed digital health program supporting recovery from chronic musculoskeletal pain and stress-related conditions. We support people living with persistent back pain, neck pain, whiplash, fibromyalgia and broader musculoskeletal conditions - as well as those recovering from a recent injury or stressful experience. Built by clinicians and people with lived experience, MoreGoodDays combines structured programs, practical tools, and optional coaching from qualified psychologists and physiotherapists. What’s inside the app Structured Recovery Programs - Chronic Back Pain - Chronic Whiplash - Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain - Fibromyalgia - Everyday Resilience Each program is delivered in simple, step-by-step sessions designed to fit into real life. Optional Clinician Coaching You can access dedicated coaching from qualified psychologists and physiotherapists to guide you through your program and tailor support to your needs. If you enroll in a full program, coaching sessions are structured into your plan. You can also book additional sessions if you’d like more personalised support. Practical Tools for Everyday Recovery - Short guided sessions (10–15 minutes) - Sleep and relaxation meditations - Stress regulation tools - Movement and mobility videos - Flare-up support strategies - On-demand education library - Live webinars with clinical experts Everything is designed to be manageable, practical, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. How access works The app is free to download, with limited preview content available. Full access is available through: - Self-payment, or - Eligible health insurers and injury schemes (for approved members) If you’re referred by a partner insurer, your access to our programs including clinician support, is fully funded.
