General stability updates for a better user experience

Features - Admin Filter: Department admins can now filter forms more easily. - Pull to Refresh: Swipe down to refresh the form list. - Auto Load Procedures: More procedure records load automatically when scrolling. Bug Fixes - Login Fix: Solved an issue where some users couldn’t log in even with the correct password. - Faster Procedure Logs: Procedure logs now load more quickly. - Text Fixes: Corrected typos on the Forgot Password and Patient Care pages.

Feature - Inbox Notification with Link Support: Tap on inbox notifications to open external links directly outside the app. Bug Fixes - Fixed an issue where Procedure QR Codes shared from the website couldn’t be scanned properly on mobile. - Fixed a timezone-related bug where logbook rotation ended before the actual end time.

Bug Fixes: * Fixed "Cancel" button in Edit Profile not discarding changes properly. * Fixed inbox message status mismatch with logs. * Fixed procedure sorting issue. UI/UX Updates: * Added time display for rotation start and end dates.
