Appointments: The MyHelp platform provides a comprehensive appointment scheduling system for you and your therapist. You can avoid scheduling conflicts and benefit from MyHelp’s built-in reminders. Your appointments can be viewed by both you and your therapist so there’s never any confusion and you can keep up to date with your progress. Safety Plan: MyHelp’s comprehensive suite of features includes individualised Safety Plans, which means a plan can be made to ensure your therapist is looking out for your best interests in the community. Goals: The MyHelp suite offers full access to a comprehensive selection of psychotherapy goals, with the facility for your therapist to add and review them in accordance with your progress. These goals can be drawn from an extensive bank or added individually, based on your therapist’s full assessment of your care journey. Resources: MyHelp is unique, providing you and your therapist with an extensive library of useful therapy resources. Your therapist will be able to draw on tried-and-tested resources or create their own bespoke documents, according to your individual needs.. Measures: The MyHelp platform has been designed for you and your therapist, to ensure that they have all the tools they need to support their psychotherapy work with you. Monitors: The MyHelp suite features a range of useful monitoring tools, which can be used to help your therapist maintain contact with you and vice versa. All of MyHelp’s facilities have been designed to be used as much - or as little - as required, as determined by your individual needs and your goals for the therapy journey.

Login Issues Resolved This release fixes a critical login issue preventing some users from accessing the app. Users encountering login problems should now be able to successfully log in.
