German Language update & minor changes to purchase code.

Corrected language auto selection. Now available in: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Ukrainian.

Code corrections, all new logic, layouts and a standings view to see which player is on top. Now available in these languages: English, Germany, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian, and Swedish.

Corrections to the Yotzee Bonus feature.

Selectable "Use Yotzee Bonus". Use this to allow or disallow bonus points point on 1 - 6's or "3 of a Kind", "4 of Kind" and Chance.
