Moved notification permissions to the start and recompiled for iOS18.5

- Added push notifications for general news and also remote monitoring status changes as per our Remote Monitoring web application. See all notification related settings and information via Menu --> Notifications - Added a trouble shooting button to guide users through possible causes for specific device states (like dry-run, over current, motor can not start, etc), with links to YouTube tutorials where applicable. - Showing YouTube tutorial buttons in the app at the relevant sections when certain features are not configured yet - Added support for the new optional ethernet hardware on the Supra-R3 devices - Added support for the new firmware v265 feature of time remaining in status - Fixed Mobi board connection bugs - Showing the Record IDs which will be included in the download at time of connection with the device. - Fixed Motor Run time conversion and display bug in download - Updated the Remote Monitoring link to point to the new web app - Updated the Calibration wizard's Resistor Card images to match with the new format of the cards sold with devices containing external CTs. - Built for iOS 11 up to iOS 18.5

Fixed false positive checks for Earth Leakage disabled generating unintended warning messages.

- Added the "Single Phase Motor Winding Wizard" under the "Support" menu to help users determine RUN, START and COM wires on single phase motors. - Minor User Experience changes - For Motorscopes with firmware v257 or newer:  - Motor Run Time on parameters display and log files - Underload Restart Delay DISABLE / ENABLE on parameters display - Supra-R3C with Earth Leakage settings in parameter view and Earth Leakage data in the log files. - Added very basic parameters for the new Smart Level Relay (SLR) (S2LC replacement)

Tweaked the max current thresholds for changeover to higher physical CT Turns ratios to allow larger range of motors per CT Turns ratio.

User Experience improvements: - Underload Restart Timer now in HH:mm format as opposed to just minutes - Sequencer usability improvement: set only first state and all consequent sequences take alternating states. - Decreased font size of Present Status in the top banner to allow for more screen space for other information.

Text change:  Overheat Protection --> Frequent Start Protection Scheduler / Sequencer functionality breaking bug fixed.
