Niroggi is a holistic weight loss service that want to gain control of their life and get healthy. We enable behavioural change by helping the individual focus internally on their wellbeing and self-confidence, teach them good nutrition, sleep, physical movement, and handling stress effectively. The family plays a pivotal role in the individual's success and have access to the plan and activities through their own app. Niroggi provides a dedicated coach who works closely with the individual and family throughout the journey to good health.
