Ophiz is a B2B SaaS platform that can be used for below requirements: 1. Attendance management 2. Leave management 3. Payment voucher management 4. Business Trip management There are many small and medium businesses globally that dont have sufficient IT infrastructure to manage their business process such as attendance management, business trip management etc. They are very comfortable in using smartphone so we have built an App that will enable them to on-board quickly and automate the end to end business process so they can achieve excellence in their business. The App works like this: 1. The business owner register and create a Business account. He can then share the company id to their employees. 2. The employees will login to the App using the company Id. 3. The business owner (called admin) will approve the employees during on-boarding. 4. Once on-boarded, employees can discover all the issues assigned to them by their supervisors and close them. 5. The supervisors can easily track the issues assigned to their team members. 6. The business owner can get comprehensive reports on all issues whether internal or customer related in their dashboard. The overall features of this App are designed in such a way that small and medium businesses in India feel comfortable in using them for their day to day activities thus achieving overall efficiency in their business operations.
