OPO is a network of immersive wellness experiences integrated into everyday spaces.
OPO experiences are designed to reduce stress & anxiety and to support relaxation, focus, energy and motivation. We pair guided meditation with carefully curated soundscapes and real-life views, helping you find a deeper connection to your self, your surroundings, your city, and your natural world.
Use the OPO app to discover OPO ‘portals’ near you – designated spots in the landscape that inspire. Places of natural beauty, from local squares & gardens to inspiring architecture or sculptures, views of the river or city-scapes. You’ll also find immersive sessions for use at home, work, or on the move.
Just ten minutes per day, for two weeks, practicing OPO meditations, can make a real difference.
