PacePlay was inspired by Swedish Fartlek training, a methodology that produced many world records. It is a very popular training method of endurance athletes everywhere, from novices to Olympians. Have fun and reach your goals with PacePlay.

SURPRISE PICKUPS AND PRESET INTERVALS
PacePlay comes with 2 modes, providing flexibility for every athlete to create the workout they want. PRESET INTERVALS lets you set the desired time for pick ups (faster pace) and slow downs (steady pace). SURPRISE PICKUPS lets you set maximum and minimum times for pickups, and the app takes care of the rest.

GPS & PACE TRACKING
The app keeps track of your distance and pace throughout the workout. And at the end of the workout, you can see your overall pace as well as your pace during the faster pick ups.

AUDIO CUES & MUSIC COMPATABILITY
Want to keep your phone in a pocket or an armband? PacePlay comes with audio cues (in addition to visual cues) throughout every workout. Plus you can listen to your favorite playlist at the same time!
