Welcome to the Palcode App! Designed for PALFINGER partners and operators. This application provides essential tools to identify and troubleshoot issues across various PALFINGER products. Whether you and your PALFINGER product are in a remote offshore location or a no-reception zone, Palcode's offline capability ensures you're always supported. Key Features: 1. Error Code Search: Quickly access detailed information on status/error codes. 2. Offline Access: For PALFINGER products operating in remote or low-reception areas, Palcode guarantees uninterrupted access to critical status/error code information. 3. Product and Hardware Filtering: Given PALFINGER's diverse product range and hardware setups, error codes might differ. Palcode's filtering system delivers results tailored to specific product lines and hardware. 4. Dedicated Filters for Product Lines: Refine your search further with special filters. For instance, Aerial Working Platform operators can not only use generic codes but can also incorporate serial numbers, accounting for product variations and ensuring pinpointed solutions. Additionally, to facilitate the interpretation of error signals through the 8-bit LED view, we've introduced a user-friendly graphic interface. Now, users can simply enter the LED lights into this interface, streamlining the resolution process. Palcode's exclusive "LED View" feature eliminates the need for manual code deciphering, making it more accessible and efficient for users.
