ParkPack BC helps you plan British Columbia park trips with the details you need before signal disappears.
The park directory comes straight from BC Parks' public data and refreshes on its own, without requiring an app update. Saved data shows when it was checked. Every advisory, campfire ban and closure shows when it was last checked. When ParkPack can't check, it says so and points you to bcparks.ca. It never shows "none" for something it doesn't know.
Features:
- popular parks first, ranked from the latest published BC Parks visitor attendance report
- credited park photos in the directory and park details, cached for offline use
- reliable location search and compact filter controls
- every BC park, searchable by region, facilities, camping type and reservations, saved for offline use
- park advisories and campfire bans with the time they were last checked
- weather, air quality, wildfire, avalanche and road events for parks with coordinates
- trip packets with reservation details, offline proof, an emergency card and a packing list
- packing hints driven by fire rules, water, weather and offline risk
- a Home Screen widget for your next trip
- Standard and Complete controls for import, templates, trip sharing, PDF export and trip recap
- on-device backup and restore
ParkPack BC is a free app. It has no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no paid app content, and no enterprise-service access.
