Pospine - Your Personal Posture Assistant Pospine is an innovative app designed to help you improve your posture in everyday life, using smart technology tools and a friendly interface. The app does not provide medical advice, it is intended solely to raise awareness and encourage healthier habits over time. How does it work? The app uses AI to analyze a side-profile photo of you. The AI estimates your posture data, presents you with a detailed analysis, and builds a personalized workout plan based on the results. Each week, you take a new photo to track your progress and adjust the workout plan accordingly. Key Features: Weekly Analysis: Once a week, you receive a graphic posture analysis, general recommendations, and a progress score. Personalized Workout Plan: After each analysis, the AI creates a customized training program presented through interactive videos in the app. AirPods Movement Tracking: The app tracks your AirPods’ movement so you can sit at your desk and receive alerts whenever your posture is incorrect. Tips & Tricks: User-shared tips about what helped them improve their posture. The app includes a 3-day free trial, during this period you can enjoy all premium features. After the trial: Free users will no longer have access to posture data. Paid subscribers receive one new posture assessment every week as part of their subscription.
