Pourwick is the candle maker's calculator that lives on your phone - not behind a slow website. Size a pour, dial in fragrance, price a batch, and keep your recipes, all fully offline at the pouring table.
Get the two numbers that make or break a candle exactly right: how much wax to melt, and how much fragrance to add. Too little oil and the candle has no scent throw; too much and it sweats, clogs the wick, and burns poorly. Pourwick does the math and warns you before a batch goes wrong.
WAX & FRAGRANCE, MEASURED RIGHT
• Two ways to size a pour: by container volume (with a fill-level control for headspace) or the maker's water-weight method.
• Eight waxes built in - soy, coconut-soy, coconut, paraffin, parasoy, beeswax, palm, and gel - each with its own density, fragrance capacity, and temperatures.
• Exact wax and fragrance-oil weights per candle, plus the total pour weight.
• Fragrance load by percentage of wax (the US standard) or of total, with a capacity gauge that flags an over-load before you pour.
• Multiply any candle into a full batch and see the total wax and oil to melt.
• A wick-size starting point from your vessel's diameter, with single- vs multi-wick guidance.

Pourwick is a planning aid, not a substitute for testing. Densities, fragrance capacities, and temperatures are typical values that vary by brand and blend - always follow the technical data sheets for your wax and fragrance, keep your fragrance IFRA certificates on file, and burn-test every new recipe before you sell or gift a candle.

Version 1.1 adds three new tools to Pourwick:
• Scent Blend Builder — split your fragrance across up to 4 individual oils with adjustable percentages. See each oil's exact weight per candle and for the whole batch.
• Burn-Time Estimator — get a realistic hours-range based on your wax type and pour weight, using industry-standard rates. Enter your own measured burn rate from a test to get a precise number.
• Share Recipe — tap Share on the Pour tab to generate a full recipe card (wax, fragrance, temperatures, wick suggestion, burn time, cost) and send it to Notes, Messages, or anywhere.
