Prism Workforce Management is an app for both employees and supervisors, designed to simplify how employees capture jobs and hours worked. With automated timekeeping, shift scheduling, time off requests and more built into a single app, employees and supervisors can focus on the work while letting the app coordinate and calculate time on and off the clock. The app simplifies how employees capture their hours worked, while also enabling supervisors to quickly manage employee timesheets and exceptions.
For employers and HR administrators, the app also simplifies the processing of employee hours for payroll and labor compliance practices, such as overtime pay, FLSA and other complex state or federal labor practices.

We’ve made important updates to improve your mobile timesheet experience. Timesheets can no longer be approved from the mobile app without the proper permissions, ensuring better security and compliance. We’ve also fixed an issue where job codes were not visible in mobile timesheets, so you can now track work more accurately. In addition, the “Add Time” option will be hidden when permissions are disabled, preventing unauthorized entries. As always, we’ve included general bug fixes and performance improvements to keep everything running smoothly.
