Welcome to “Prompter.” (“the App”). Please read this agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License Grant
[ InspirationDispatch Inc. ] (“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible iOS devices.
2. Rights and Restrictions
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
You may not use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not resell, rent, or distribute the App in any form.
3. Subscription and Payment
Some features of the App are provided through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscription Price: $3.99/month; $44.99/year (or equivalent in local currency).
Subscriptions will automatically renew through your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
To cancel: Manage your subscription via “Settings” → “Apple ID” → “Subscriptions” on your device.
4. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is governed by our [https://protective-jersey-d20.notion.site/Privacy-Terms-2423af1865b080e192e4e61d76f750f0?source=copy_link]. We do not collect personal information unrelated to the app’s functionality.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged the selected price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off after purchase by going to the user’s Account Settings in the App Store.
