The simple to use interface enables everyone in your team to collect data, analyse results and produce real time reports. Common OHS / WHS uses include: Safety Audits, Equipment Checks, Incident Reports, Time Sheets, Stock-takes, JSA’s, SWMS, Toolbox Meetings, Logbooks, Quotes and Job Reports. RESEARCH ProofSafe forms are configured for each project facilitating field surveys anywhere including remote locations with no data coverage. Eliminate double entry of data (mistakes), cutting and pasting of files, lost paperwork and carrying multiple devices; enter your data once, upload and it’s immediately amalgamated and ready for analysis back at the office. EXAMPLES (a) Your field team, using a mobile device, completes a JSA and vehicle Pre-Start check at the start of the day, as soon as they upload; a professional report is generated, saved and emailed to selected recipients. (b) An incident occurs on your worksite – immediately anyone in the team can complete an Accident Report with the details, location, marked-up photos, witness details and GPS location, the file is immediately delivered to the Department Manager and business Safety Officer and is saved on your system database. (c) Your department manager undertakes regular quality & compliance audits of your team on Proof Safe, at the end of the month the manager uses the portal to generate and print a summary report of all business audits. (d) As a research team conducting spotlighting surveys on arboreal marsupials your data is collected and uploaded each evening – this includes GIS information, weather observations and dictated notes. After returning from the field trip the data is already amalgamated into a single file with no further data entry required – from the desktop data is exported to CSV for analysis. (e) Citizen Science project - Participants access your custom forms via the ProofSafe app, the forms are easy to use with clear instructions, hints and photos to help participants. You share instructional PDF documents with volunteers via the App, when they upload a completed file two things happen: 1. Your dataset is immediately updated, 2. The participant receives an email confirming the information they submitted.
