A journey that began in 1979, when Vasant Dedhia set up pioneering ventures in food industry with just a small retail store in the city of Mumbai. With his far reaching vision, legendary business acumen and innate entrepreneurial skills, the Group soon found itself diversifying into multiple business channels and finally its now known as “REGAL”
Today, Mr Alkesh Dedhia heads the Group and is ably assisted by next generation family members Mrs.Parinda, Mr.Ravindra, Mr.Bhushan & Mr. Jitesh who are Directors of the company & a strong support & hard efforts of nearly 100 employees equally intrepid. Spearheading all its activities, upholding the hard earned goodwill and making Regal a force to reckon with as the Group surges ahead in their strategic fields of business.
Our Philosophy
Our choice of local and international alliances reflects these values. Every alliance is developed independently as a strategic business unit with an aim of achieving maximum potential return on business investment through achieving sales turnover with optimum cost efficiency. Our objective is to provide marketing, sales and distribution services to foreign and Indian companies wishing to introduce their quality products in the Indian market.
With a philosophy oriented towards building lasting bonds, through identifying common goals and working towards fulfilling them, the Regal Group is focused on enriching its relationships with utmost value.
With a strong ethical foundation and fairness in operation, we continuously strive to be better partners in business. We work in close relationships with organizations:
(a) Looking to add new products to their market offerings as well as,
(b) Evaluating new markets for their current offerings
