Most students learn a concept, pass the test, and forget it within weeks. RepsLearn solves this using spaced repetition — a proven learning science technique that schedules reviews right before a student would forget, building long-term retention instead of short-term cramming.
Built by a math professor and parent, RepsLearn covers grades 6–9 through Algebra 1 with thousands of personally curated questions aligned to Common Core standards.
How it works:
Students practice math questions that adapt to their level. The app tracks what they know and what they're forgetting, then automatically schedules reviews at the optimal time. Over time, concepts move from short-term to long-term memory.
When students get something wrong, they don't just see the answer — an AI tutor uses Socratic questioning to guide them toward understanding their mistake. It identifies specific misconceptions and asks leading questions so students learn to think through problems, not just memorize answers.
