Updates to the Timer Notifications so that they work more reliably on smart watches.

When using the built-in RunPee Timer, you now have the option to choose which Peetime(s) will create a notification. For instance, if you know that you only want to use the 2nd Peetime in a movie, you can deselect the others. This way you only get one notification.

Bugfix: new movies are downloaded but not displayed until app restart. Now they will appear without app restart.

Fixes bug that caused the app to freeze for some users on startup.

The app will keep your phone awake, but only while the Timer is running. Also, while the built-in Timer is running it will automatically dim your screen while the phone is face down and then brighten it back up when turned face up.

What's new? EVERYTHING!!! Literally, we rebuilt the app from scratch using a new framework. It looks better and runs much faster. Existing users will see a few intro screens welcoming them to the newly rebuilt app. Following that you should be auto signed-in. If not then please sign in manually.
