Bugfix for licence/subscriptions and help text on detail view. New feature added for distance, now the user can select the distance from km, NM or miles. Added helptext improvements.

New layout with dark or light view. User can select from the two type of views to adapt the app to the licht conditions. A windrose visualizes the boat heading, speed and wind direction. Also there is support for the OpenWind bluetooth sensor.  All settings will be stored when you leave the setup menu. Next time when using app, all settings are loaded. Many settings are added so the behavior of the app can be customized to your needs.  Your sail track is stored and can be viewed later.  Help option is added, this can be switched on or off in the setup menu. When switched on help shows valuable information on many topics in the app.

Update for iOS 13 and new screen for track summary and some minor improvements.

A start timer of 5 minutes. Timer can be selected form the setup menu. When switched on in setup menu and returned with the back button to the main screen, the start button will automatically start the timer of 5 minutes. When timer is running it can be easily adjusted with swipe gestures. Swipe up or down on the screen for adjusting the secondes. Swipe left or right on the screen for adjusting the minutes. The whole screen can be used for this. At 4 minutes the screen will flash yellow and white to indicate the 4 minutes signal before the sail race start. This is usualy a good moment to adjust your timer with swipe gestures. At 1 minute the screen will flash orange and white to indicate the 1 minute signal before the sail race start. At 0 minute the screen will flash red and white to indicate the actual race start. Also as improvement is the enlargement of the button sizes.
