Bug fixes, especially the inconvenient image name issue.

Can now run on iPads, fixed some upload things. you can now save to your gallery.

Tightened some UIImage manipulations to save on memory. Added Crashlytics to production build. Fixed crash when selecting certain images from the history screen. Fixed bug during verification of image uploads. No longer creates upload requests for images that do not save properly, notify the tech appropriately if this occurs. Authentication was also happening too frequently.

Added a history screen. Changed back to uploading batches. Removed the necessity for allocating/deallocating the UploadImageRequest object which was causing some crash reports earlier. Added a Remote Logging setting which is by default turned off (except when built with the TESTING macro defined). Removed the Update Interval, it is no longer necessary and was delaying image uploads.

Changes for 1.4 - Emergency fix for 1.3 bug that was causing images to fail to upload and/or duplicate images uploaded. Image list is only automatically refreshed when the Dispatch Photos screen loads if the Dispatch has zero images, otherwise the list can be manually refreshed by the new button Refresh List. This button cannot be run while an upload is running (a prompt will warn the user). Picture Preview has additional image details including the snap date, tech code, upload status, and file id. Finally, when Saving a Photo, only that photo is uploaded (not the entire batch). A full batch will now only get kicked off when the app becomes active or reactivated.

Fixed bug in SQL statement when requeuing bad uploads. Fixed sorting issue on ordinal position (cast). App will now only authenticate once per day. App will now only automatically download dispatches once per day, additional downloads must be triggered by Force Update.
